Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The request must be made within 60 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs
In the case of a return for personal reasons (change of mind, incorrect choice, etc.), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
In the event of a defective product or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. In this case, a prepaid return label will be provided.
Refunds
Once the product has been returned and inspected, we will issue a full refund of the purchase amount.
Refunds are processed within 3 to 7 working days after the item has been received at our warehouse.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order.
Non-Refundable Products
For hygiene or safety reasons, certain items cannot be refunded if they have been opened or used
(for example: cosmetic products, underwear, etc.).
