They define the rights and obligations of both the seller and the buyer in relation to the online sale of products.

Prices are displayed in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT), excluding delivery costs.

The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time.
The applicable price is the one displayed at the time the order is placed.

5. Orders

Customers place their orders online directly through the website.
Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products offered.

Orders are only confirmed once full payment has been received.

6. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon placing the order.
Customers may pay by credit card or by any other payment method offered on the website.

Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments or its partners.

7. Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery generally takes between 5 and 9 working days.

The seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

8. Right of Withdrawal – Returns

In accordance with applicable law, customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal without needing to provide a reason and without penalty charges.

In addition, the Purylin website offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

• Be in good condition
• Be unused
• Be returned, whenever possible, in its original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error or a defective product.

Refunds are processed within 3 to 7 working days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

9. Liability

The seller cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product.

In all cases, the seller’s liability is limited to the amount of the order.

10. Personal Data

Personal data collected during the ordering process is necessary for proper order fulfilment.
It is processed in accordance with the website’s Privacy Policy.

11. Disputes
