Refund Policy

At Purylin, our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your order.
This is why we offer a “satisfied or your money back” guarantee for 30 days from receipt of your order.

Return Conditions

To receive a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

• In the event of a return for personal reasons (change of mind, incorrect choice, etc.), the customer bears the return shipping costs.
• In the event of a defective product or an error in delivery, we will cover the return shipping costs. In this case, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Once the product has been returned and inspected, we will refund the full purchase amount.

Refunds will be processed within 3 to 7 business days of receipt of the goods at our warehouse.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original order.

Non-Refundable Products

For reasons of hygiene or safety, certain items cannot be refunded if they have been opened or used
(e.g., cosmetic products, underwear, etc.).
