These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales concluded through the Purylin website.
They define the rights and obligations of the seller and the buyer in connection with the online sale of products.
By placing an order on the website, the customer fully and unreservedly accepts these GTC.

Prices are indicated in Euros (€) and are inclusive of all taxes (VAT), excluding shipping costs.
The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time.
The price applicable will be that in force at the time of the order.
5. Order
The customer places their order online directly via the website.
Any order implies acceptance of the prices and the description of the products offered.
The order will only be confirmed after full payment has been received.
6. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
The customer can pay by credit card or using other payment methods offered on the website.
Payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments or its partners.
7. Delivery
Orders are shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery time is generally 5 to 9 business days.
The seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
8. Right of Withdrawal - Returns
In accordance with legal provisions, the customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.
In addition, the Purylin website offers a "satisfied or your money back" guarantee of 30 days on all products.
For a return, the product must be:
- in good condition
- unused
- returned in its original packaging if possible
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of an error or a defective product.
Refunds will be made within 3 to 7 business days after receipt and verification of the returned goods.
9. Liability
The seller cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product.
In any case, the seller's liability is limited to the amount of the order.

The personal data collected during the order is necessary for its proper processing.

11. Disputes
These GTC are subject to French law.
